Suzanne is qualified in a variety of yoga styles including PowerFlow, Antigravity Aerial Yoga, Barre Sculpt and more! She teaches classes from beginners to advanced, and children to adults.

Jane Lonergan - Sage & Sky Yoga

Jane Lonergan

After falling in love with yoga in 2009 Jane completed her 200hr and 300hr training in India under Lalit Kumar at Himalayan Volga Valley. She has since Trained in Yoga Nidra, Chakra & Yin.

Hannah is a RYT 200 yoga instructor, with over 30 years of personal practice, who blends breathwork, movement, and meditation to create accessible, transformative classes for adults.

Maïa is a certified sound healer and vocalist leading voice baths and sound journeys. Maïa has also undertaken significant training in astrology, tarot and embodiment.
